Jauch Quartz’s JT21, JT22, and JT32 CT series Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) are ideally suited to wireless applications and various other applications in the telecommunications, industrial, and consumer sectors. Due to frequency stability down to ±2.0 ppm, the JT21, JT22, and JT32 CT series fulfill very high requirements and are designed for Zigbee®, Bluetooth®, and other wireless applications. This series is particularly suitable for miniaturized electronic devices with very limited space on the PCB. These TCXOs provide an HCMOS output and are available in housing sizes 2016, 2520, and 3225.

The temperature-compensated quartz crystal oscillators are 100% lead-free and RoHS and REACH compliant.

  • Lower standby current: 10 µA (max.)
  • Rail-to-rail output HCMOS-compatible

  • Excellent phase noise: standby function, low standby current
